Graham Blanks, a junior at Harvard, became the first Ivy League male athlete to win the 10-kilometer title by clocking 28:37.7 at the NCAA Division 1 Cross Country Championships at the Panorama Farms Course in Virginia. Blanks, a three-time Division 1 cross country All-American, elevated from a sixth-place finish last season at the Greiner Family Course in Stillwater, Okla., completing an unbeaten season with five victories. Blanks contributed to Harvard finishing 15th as a team with 398 points. |
